Ticket Sales & Minimum Attendance

• If fewer than 50 tickets are sold, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

Refund Policy

• Refunds can be requested up to 7 working days before the event date.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the event.

Event Changes

• If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Guests unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another guest if requested at least 48 hours before the event.

Promotions

• This offer is not in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

Force Majeure

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
